Caregiving Week 2: Grief & rest
I’ve organized a few sessions alllll about resting. Why? Because we all need more of it.
Grief drains us of eeeverything ~ emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritiually.
So if we can lean on experts and facilitators to help us find rest, why not?
Below you’ll find information about each of the live sessions, content we’re producing, and more.
Every ticket covers all of the events and content listed below.
If you can’t join us LIVE for the events, you will still get access to 100% of the events as a replay - so don’t worry!

On-demand session recorded by Sundari Malcolm
This 21-minute Yoga Nidra practice is guided by Sundari Malcolm, yoga and meditation teacher, death doula, and director of BIPOC wellbeing for The Dinner Party. “Yoga Nidra is a chance to have someone else guide you through your body, telling each and every part that it’s okay to relax.” So we offer this to you in hopes that you find rest, peace, and space to grieve.
